We are seeking a Jr. Technical Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role requires strong communication and recruitment skills to effectively source and coordinate candidates.

Job description: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries., Understand client requirements and JDs in detail and develop effective sourcing strategies., and Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn.

Required Candidate profile: MBA, BBA, or any Graduates Must-have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Good understanding of recruitment processes, Candidate sourcing and screening Experience: 2 - 4 Years

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions.  

- Develop effective sourcing strategies based on client requirements.  

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.  

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate client interviews.  

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closure of requirements.  

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
