Commitment, focus, and follow-through to see problems through to resolution.

Willingness to comply with standard procedures for proper handoff of unresolvable issues to the appropriate internal teams, in order to maximize client satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients & Project team both oral and in writing.

Commitment to documenting knowledge in the form of technical notes and articles.

To ensure proper recording of all client interactions and closure of all presented issue logs.

Troubleshooting Hardware with clients over video calls, email, and messaging platforms.

Onboarding Clients for Product setup and demonstration.

Availability to work on flexible working hours once/twice a month.

Eligibility:

BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Electronics/Electrical, Computer Science or any other engineering)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Ability to work hands-on and multi-task in an energetic environment

Motivated, self-starter and is comfortable working and learning independently
