About Ugaoo :-

At Ugaoo, we are building retail spaces that inspire people to connect with nature. With 10+ COCO and 8 SIS stores across Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore and more on the way our offline presence is growing rapidly.

As we continue to scale, we are looking to strengthen our Talent Acquisition function to support hiring across roles and ensure we bring in the right talent to support our growing teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and hiring timelines, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Source potential candidates through various job boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed etc.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and interview questions that align with role expectations.
  • Screen, shortlist, and refine candidates based on their suitability for the role.
  • Plan and coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews.
  • Evaluate candidate's profile, i.e, resumes, portfolios, and references.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities, including interview feedback and documentation, to ensure transparent communication with key stakeholders.
  • Work with the HR Ops team to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of high-potential candidates for future hiring needs, particularly for key roles in areas such as marketing, customer experience, and e-commerce.
  • Enhance the employer brand by actively promoting the company through social media, events, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices within the D2C space to attract the best talent in a competitive market.
