We deploy and maintain hybrid environments—on-prem, cloud, and edge—to ensure 24x7 service availability, data integrity, and compliance readiness for our clients spanning finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software failures, and execute root cause analysis with minimal downtime.
- Deploy and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies across enterprise environments.
- Perform regular system backups, restore operations, and verify data recovery integrity using Veeam or similar tools.
- Support IT security initiatives—patch management, firewall rules, access control audits, and vulnerability remediation.
- Document system configurations, change logs, and operational runbooks for cross-team collaboration and compliance.
