Jr,/Sr.Engineer

Candidate should have 2/3 years of experience in executing interior as well as exterior of Hospitality property.

Senior civil engineer responsibilities include managing large-scale projects from conception to completion, overseeing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key duties involve project planning, design review, budget and schedule management, technical guidance, and communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. They also provide mentorship to junior staff and conduct site inspections.  

Responsibilities:

Project management and oversight

• Manage projects from the initial concept to completion, including roads, bridges, and water systems. 
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure completion on time and within budget. 
• Oversee and manage a team of engineers and technicians, delegating tasks and providing guidance. 

Technical and design responsibilities

• Review and approve engineering designs, ensuring they meet all technical requirements and project needs. 
• Conduct complex engineering studies and analyses to determine project feasibility and solve problems. 
• Ensure all projects comply with government regulations, safety standards, and industry codes. 

Communication and coordination

• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project goals. 
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation to senior management and clients. 
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. 

Mentorship and leadership

• Provide technical advice and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. 
• Train and supervise subordinates to develop their skills and ensure project success.
