Role Description

Pink Sky HR is seeking a Junior/Senior Designer for an advertising agency based in Mumbai. As a full-time, on-site role, the Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative solutions, including the creation of marketing campaigns, graphic designs, and branding materials. The Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in brainstorming sessions, and develop innovative visual concepts that align with client expectations. Attention to detail, adherence to project timelines, and a passion for creativity are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other relevant software
• Experience in visual storytelling, branding, typography, and layout design
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas in response to client briefs
• Strong understanding of advertising concepts and experience in working within an Ad agency or similar environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
