Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baner, Pune for a Jr. Social Media Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media content, brainstorming and implementing social media strategies, engaging with online audiences, and analyzing performance metrics. Additional tasks include staying updated on emerging social media trends, and contributing innovative ideas to maximize online brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to understand and analyze performance analytics for social media campaigns
• Familiarity with emerging trends in social media and digital platforms
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
• Creativity and a passion for social media and brand building; relevant experience in creative or marketing agencies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
