Job Title: Jr. SDR / Business Development Executive

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. SDR / Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end sales. This is a revenue-driven role, requiring strong client communication skills and exposure to international markets (US/UK).
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in US/UK markets
• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end sales / business development
• Mandatory experience working with US/UK clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in a revenue-driven role
• Ability to work in night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
