Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead & Inquiry Management:

  • Send quotations to existing leads and respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Provide detailed product and pricing information to customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Share company profile and information for new lead generation through emails and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Order Coordination:

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Liaise with the accounts department regarding Proforma invoices and payments.
  • Follow up with customers for payment collection.
