D'PARK CORPORATION is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Indore.

Position: Jr. Sales Executive

Location: Indore | On-site

Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Managing Director

Compensation: Open for deserving & experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients, projects, dealers, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for order closure.
• Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Maintain regular sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.
• Explore new markets and opportunities for Fire Safety and Surveillance Solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing.
• Experience in Fire & Safety, Security, Surveillance, Technical Sales, or related industries will be preferred.
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, MBA (Marketing), or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development and sales conversion.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
• Candidates with B.Tech / technical sales / domestic or international sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
