Job Description

Vacancy for Jr. Sales Engineer for leading Capital Equipment Manufacturer in the Flexible Packaging segment.

Responsibilities

  • Business development and sales through networking, internet, physical visits and exhibition participation.
  • Introduce the company, its range of machines and differentiating features to prospects during physical visits or through video conferencing.
  • Gather information about customers requirements and prepare offers for appropriate equipment, liaising with the design department in case of customized requirements.
  • Convince the customer about the additional value proposition through data and logical arguments to support the delta in price levels with respect to the competition.
  • Keep the design department updated about market trends, competitor initiatives, and the voice of customers.

Qualifications

  • BE- Mechanical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
  • 1-4 years of experience in the sales of high-value capital equipment. Candidates with experience in Flexible Packaging Industry will be given preference.

Other Skills:

  • Extrovert, with good communication interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about traveling and networking.
  • Good understanding of basic engineering principles.
  • Mindset of continuous learning and growth.
  • Ability to collate data and report systematically to management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and PPT.
  • Prior experience of working in an ERP environment.

· Only candidates from Mumbai who reside in the Mira Road/ nearby western suburbs or Thane proper will be considered.
