Jr. Sales Engineer (1-2 Years Experience)

Role Description This full-time Jr. Sales Engineer role is an on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Jr. Sales Engineer will support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and demonstrating Sensovibe's condition monitoring and reliability solutions. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, providing basic technical support, assisting with product presentations, and coordinating with engineering and operations teams to address client needs. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM, following up on leads, and helping ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales discussions to order closure and after-sales support. The Jr. Sales Engineer will also contribute to market research, participate in customer visits, and support training or workshops as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply Sales Engineering and basic technical knowledge to understand industrial reliability solutions and explain them to customers.
• Experience or aptitude in Sales and Customer Service to manage inquiries, build relationships, and support sales processes.
• Strong Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Capability to provide Technical Support for product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering ( Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Comfort working in industrial environments and willingness to travel to customer sites within the region when required.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic CRM or sales management software.
• Interest in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance; prior internship or 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
