Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Jr. Sales Associate. The Jr. Sales Associate will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The responsibilities include generating and maintaining business leads, conducting market analysis, providing product demonstrations, assisting in sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and offering support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and improve customer retention.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify new customer opportunities.
- Skilled in creating and delivering presentations, demonstrating products, and engaging with clients.
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer queries with attention to their needs and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Team collaboration skills to coordinate with internal departments effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
