Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic
ReactJS Developer with 13 years of experience to join our growing team. You will work on modern web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and state management tools like Redux Toolkit.
This role offers hands-on experience in building high-quality, scalable UI components while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain responsive, high-performing web applications using ReactJS.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into clean, maintainable front-end logic.
- Write, test, and ship high-quality code following best practices.
- Integrate front-end screens with REST APIs.
- Implement effective state management using Redux Toolkit or similar tools.
- Optimize components for performance across browsers and devices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues during development and post-release.
- Stay updated with React ecosystem trends and emerging front-end tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 13 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and functional programming concepts.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
- Experience working with Redux Toolkit, React Query, Context API, or other state management tools.
- Familiarity with front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integrations.
Good to have:
- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering concepts.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with SASS, CSS Modules, or tailwind.
- Exposure to animations (GSAP, Framer Motion) is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic exposure to Node.js (optional but welcome).
