Job Description
Position: Jr QC Engineer
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical/Production Engineering/CAD-CAM).
Reporting To: QA-QC Lead Engineer / Operation Manager
Work Experience: 0-4 Years
Job Responsibilities:
1) Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, Profile Projector, Hardness Tester - etc.
2) Knowledge of GD & T.
3) Define measurement strategy.
4) Stage inspection of Machined part as per drawing and give first piece approval.
5) Ensure Product & Process characteristics for In-process management at shop floor.
6) Maintain Quality documents.
7) Rejection analysis of ongoing process & control.
8) Prepare Rejection Report & Quality Performance Report on daily basis.
9) Responsible for Rework and Rejection (Yellow/Red bin) analysis at shop floor & initiate CAPA.
10) Maintaining 5S at the plant.
11) Knowledge of Kaizen & CAPA.
12) Ability to Train Quality Trainee.
13) Report to Sr. Quality Engineer
14) In- Process manufacturing of the products and their online inspection.
15)100% Visual Inspection.
