We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Purchase Executive to support the procurement and supply chain activities that are essential for the smooth functioning of our production processes at Inventindia. As a fresher, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of procurement, vendor management, inventory monitoring, and supply chain optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting & Data Analysis:
- Support the team in analyzing supply chain data and forecasting demand to ensure accurate material and goods procurement.
- Help with planning procurement activities to align with production schedules and sales trends.
- Vendor Management:
- Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors, supporting the negotiation of contracts, and maintaining good relationships for timely delivery.
- Help monitor vendor performance to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery.
- Inventory Monitoring:
- Support in monitoring inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when needed for production.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
- Assist in communication between production, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment with production schedules and company goals.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure procurement processes follow industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods, in line with company policies.
- Logistics Management:
- Help track materials and goods in transit, ensuring smooth import/export processes.
- Assist in ensuring proper documentation for customs clearance to avoid delays.
