Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Development, Testing and Support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Management.
- Documentation, project plans, meeting notes and reporting.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Participate in meetings and follow up on action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering with experience in Project Management in Product/IT/Ecommerce or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Jira etc.,
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
