Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Project Engineer to assist with the engineering aspects of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will support the project management and design teams by ensuring that technical specifications, materials, and site execution align with design intent and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

lSupport project execution by reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

lCoordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery.

lAssist in site measurements, quantity take-offs, and verification of as-built conditions.

lMonitor project schedules and site progress, reporting issues or delays to the project manager.

lParticipate in site supervision during fit-out, installation, and handover phases.

lEnsure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards at all project stages.

lMaintain documentation related to materials, drawings, site instructions, and approvals.

lAssist with cost estimation, procurement tracking, and invoice verification.

lProvide technical input and support for troubleshooting issues on site.

Requirements:

lBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design Engineering, or a related field.

l13years of experience in project engineering or site coordination (interior design, construction, or architecture preferred).

lBasic understanding of interior fit-out processes, MEP coordination, and construction materials.

lFamiliar with design and technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, MS Project or similar tools).

lKnowledge of local building codes and safety regulations is a plus.
