JD - Jr. Programme Coordinator
Position Overview
The Junior Programme Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the project coordination, report writing, basic computer knowledge and English reading andwriting. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage complex programmes, and ensure that all programmes meet their goals and deadlines. The role involves travelling to different States for work.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive reports on programmes status, including performance metrics and impact assessments.
- Maintain detailed programme documentation, including plans, reports, and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in programme management.
- Proven experience in managing complex programmes and leading teams.
- Experience of working in the development sector with focus on women is an advantage.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati (speaking).
