Job Title: Junior Production Engineer – Metal Fabrication

We are looking for a tech-savvy Junior Production Engineer to oversee daily shop-floor manufacturing and metal fabrication processes. You will coordinate production schedules, ensure technical precision, and maintain product quality.

• Production Supervision: Oversee day-to-day metal fabrication activities (cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing).
• Technical & Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD layouts, and fabrication specifications.
• Process Optimization: Apply production techniques and software tools to improve material yield, track job orders, and minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections at key fabrication stages to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordination: Work closely with supervisors, design teams, and labor contractors to meet project delivery deadlines.

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal processing, or industrial manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and basic proficiency in CAD software/production tracking tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management abilities.
