Essential Functions:
- Monitor BIX extractors and PDC as part of daily production Monitoring
- Use Pega tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and logs to troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in investigating application issues under supervision.
- Perform unit testing for assigned development tasks.
- Fix low to medium complexity defects during QA and UAT cycles.
- Support regression testing activities.
- Assist in developing and configuring Pega applications including case types, stages, steps, and flows.
- Configure decision tables, decision trees, validations, and when rules.
- Follow Pega guardrails and organizational standards.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and team meetings.
- Continuously enhance skills through training and certifications.
- Participate in peer reviews and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Document configuration changes and technical details.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Willingness to learn and work on the Pega platform.
