Qualification - B.Sc / B. Pharm
Experience - 02 - 04 years
Job Responsibilities -
To prepare change control proposal and to initiate change control in SAP.
To collect raw materials as per raw material requisition slip for dispensing.
To clean the dispensing booth, equipment, utensils as per laid down procedure.
To check the correctness of material like item code, material name, batch no, Mfg. date and expiry date, etc. on the container label against raw material requisition slip before dispensing.
Physical dispensing of raw materials as per raw material requisition slip / dispensing label.
To transfer the dispensed materials batch wise at production areas.
To store loose containers of dispensed materials at designated place after dispensing.
To perform daily verification and monthly calibration of weighing balances.
To update all applicable logbooks as per respective SOP's.
Must have knowledge about QMS documentation.
To maintain all cGMP records and QMS documentation timely.
To maintain the warehouse in neat and clean condition.
