Position reporting into this role: NA
Job Description
- Inward of all incoming Goods with necessary documents. (Include all item Rejected return etc)
- Taking monthly stock.
- Timely de- stuffing of Incoming Goods and inspection of 100% incoming Goods.
- Timely deliver the material of Spare and Order material for Dispatching on Day to Day Basis.
- Circulate the Status Report on weekly Basis.
- Daily Consumable issue to Production Line and maintain safety stock to avoid the stock out situation.
- Daily making DRR (Daily Requisition Report) on time basis and handover the necessary department.
- Coordinate with 2nd unit for the documentation and circulate DRR report on weekly basis.
- Do entries of all local incoming goods.
- Give intimation to concern department after receipt of material.
- Maintaining the Proper Documents for the above mention Jobs.
- Maintain good house keeping warehouse
- Maintain updated item master location sheet on daily basis.
- Maintenance of Quality Manual System.
- Book Goods Receipt in ERP for all procured items
- Issue of parts against trading & spare customer orders
- Issue consumables to production line & maintain optimum stock as per the two bin

Educational Qualification
BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Commerce. Graduate from repute institute / college. PG in Materials Management would be an added advantage.
Work Experience
Min. 1 year or above in the similar field or in the fabrication or engineering industry.
