Jr.Officer- (Logistics)

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Officer - Logistics to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination and execution of logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

Assisting for Export documentation.

Preparing Order confirmation (OC) & updating to factory.

Preparing Pre-shipment documents.

Preparing quarterly export date for ECGC

Preparing IMC (Certificate of Origin)

Doing book keeping of export documents.

Prior exp in logistic department is a must

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
