Jr. Marketing support executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a junior marketing support executive, based in Anand. The role involves assisting the marketing team with day-to-day activities and conducting market research. and technical document designing. The focus is on enhancing customer engagement, identifying market opportunities, and coordinating with various teams to ensure streamlined operations.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Create and update technical reference manuals, product user guides, quick start guides, brochures, and social media posts for different social media platforms.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather necessary content.

• Design and format documents to enhance readability and usability.

• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.

• Maintain version control and document management systems.

• Assist the senior executive in marketing-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or BSc IT or B.Sc. Computer Science.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Affinity (Designer, Pixel, Publisher, Canva AI), FrameMaker, MS Office, or Adobe PDF for quick asset creation,

• 1-2 years of experience in designing various technical/marketing documents.

• Ability to understand and explain complex concepts clearly.

• Attention to detail and accuracy & flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

• Excellent research and analytical skills for creating and managing marketing databases.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
