Star Bottles Pvt. Ltd – Thrissur is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our team

Requirements

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM & Tele Marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM and customer management
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills
• Female candidates are preferred
  
  

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and inquiries
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM
• Support marketing and telemarketing activities
• Communicate product and service information to customers
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams
• Maintain call records and customer feedback
