Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and manpower for successful project execution.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise project teams and provide guidance to junior staff.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
Budget & Resource Management
- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
- Track expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid cost overruns or delays.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high project standards.
- Maintain documentation for audits, reports, and future reference.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and communications.
- Support senior management in project review and evaluation.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization of project management practices.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Support adoption of project management tools and software.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in project management, preferably in [relevant industry].
