Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and ambitious Jr. Kitchen Chef Interns – Culinary Demonstration who are passionate about food, hospitality, client interaction, and culinary innovation. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy being on the field, interacting with chefs and hospitality professionals, and showcasing innovative kitchen solutions.

The internship begins with training at our Ahmedabad Head Office, followed by hands-on field exposure in Bangalore. Interns will work closely with the sales and culinary teams to conduct live demonstrations, engage with clients, and support business growth activities. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as a Jr. Kitchen Chef – Culinary Demonstration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting live cooking and product demonstrations in commercial kitchens
• Support the team in lead generation, client coordination, and demo scheduling
• Learn to present efficiency, ROI, and operational benefits of On2Cook technology
• Interact with chefs, hospitality professionals, and decision-makers during demonstrations
• Participate in hospitality exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events
• Support customer engagement, relationship building, and post-demo follow-ups
• Work closely with the sales and culinary teams to understand customer requirements and market trends
• Contribute towards team targets and business development activities

What We're Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (mandatory)
• Passion for kitchen operations, hospitality, culinary innovation, and client interaction
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence to engage with clients and conduct demonstrations
• Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role
