Role Overview
We are looking for passionate culinary professionals who are excited about technology and innovation in the food industry.
As a Culinary Demonstration Specialist, you will conduct live product demonstrations, engage with chefs and kitchen operators, showcase operational benefits, and help customers understand how our technology can improve kitchen efficiency and productivity. You will also represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and hospitality events, acting as a brand ambassador within the culinary community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting live cooking and product demonstrations at customer sites and commercial kitchens.
- Support lead generation activities, customer outreach, and demo scheduling.
- Learn and effectively communicate the efficiency, productivity, and ROI benefits of On2Cook technology.
- Interact with chefs, kitchen managers, hospitality professionals, and key decision-makers during demonstrations.
- Participate in hospitality exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events to promote the brand.
- Support customer engagement activities, relationship building, and post-demonstration follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams to understand customer requirements and market trends.
- Assist in identifying business opportunities and contribute towards team sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve product adoption and customer experience.
- Maintain demonstration equipment and ensure smooth execution of demo activities.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in kitchen operations, hospitality, F&B, or customer-facing culinary roles.
- Strong interest in food technology and innovation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with customers and conducting demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable with frequent travel.
