ETG's Information Technology department is seeking an experienced Jr. IT Support Engineer to provide support to end-users spread across various offices of ETG. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of providing system hardware and software support to end-user .
Technical Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of operating system Windows 8/ 10 / 11.
- Should have good experience in laptop / desktop hardware and office O365
- Good knowledge of Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses Configure and manage email policies, archiving, retention,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Handling desktop (outlook, antivirus, basic networking, hardware/OS/Applications troubleshooting)
- Experience in computer support for system software and hardware
- Configuring and maintaining user endpoint computing devices
- Antivirus/Malware (endpoint, server)
- Remote troubleshooting and end user support
- Worked on Service Management tool
- Incident Resolution & Prevention
Basic Qualifications & Certification:
- UG: BCA in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
- Experience 2 -4 years.
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Windows OS, O365
- Any other IT related knowledge (AWS, Azure, Cybersecurity etc.) will be advantageous.
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Open to work late night and in shifts
- Should have valid passport.
- Should be a Team player.
