Job Description :
- Must have experience working in Consultancy background (IT Recruitment)
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Must be strong in decoding JDs and Boolean Search.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate interest and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. Plan and execute bulk hiring strategies for IT Roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Excellent Communication and leadership quality.
