We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Interior Designer (Design + Sales) to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both design and sales by assisting in project execution, creating impactful design solutions, and supporting client interactions. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction while learning and growing under the guidance of senior designers.

Key Responsibilities Areas :

1. Assist senior designers in managing end-to-end interior/kitchen design projects.

2. Prepare design layouts, templates, mood boards, and quotations as per client requirements.

3. Participate in client discussions to understand needs and present design concepts effectively.

4. Support sales through design-led presentations, client follow-ups, and contributing to lead conversion. 5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, installation, etc.) to ensure timely project execution. 6. Stay updated with design trends, finishes, and materials to deliver creative and practical solutions.

Key Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

2. 13 years of experience in interior/kitchen design (internship experience also considered).

3. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, KD Max, or similar software.

4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

5. Interest in sales with the ability to contribute to revenue growth through design solutions.

6. Collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work under deadlines.
