Job Summary:
The Junior Designer will assist in designing and developing modular furniture layouts, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior elements. The role includes preparing design drawings, coordinating with production and site teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects as per client requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D and 3D design drawings for modular furniture, kitchens, and wardrobes.
- Visit client sites for initial measurements and design feasibility checks.
- Support the senior designer in developing layouts, concepts, and presentations for client approval.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and site teams for accurate design execution.
- Make necessary design modifications based on client feedback or site conditions.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, site measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure all designs meet quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and finishes in the modular segment.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 02 years of experience in modular furniture or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of modular furniture detailing, materials, and fittings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
