Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer, based in Mumbai. The Junior Interior Designer is responsible for assisting with space planning, creating interior designs, preparing construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Working closely with the design team, the role involves supporting projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, and meeting client expectations while adhering to project requirements and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and expertise in Interior Design concepts.
- Knowledge of Construction Drawings and experience in Architecture activities.
- Ability to research, select, and manage FF&E for various projects with a keen design eye.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the interior design or architecture industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
