We are looking for a Jr. HR Executive who is enthusiastic about building a strong workforce and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role primarily focuses on Recruitment (90%), with exposure to general HR functions (10%) such as onboarding, documentation, and engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Recruitment (Major Focus - 90%):
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage recruitment trackers, maintain candidate databases, and prepare weekly hiring reports.
- Draft job descriptions and coordinate with department heads to define hiring needs.
Generalist Responsibilities (10%):
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.
- Support HR documentation, file management, and employee record maintenance on HRMS.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Provide support in other HR operations as and when required.
Requirements
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRMS tools.
- Good understanding of recruitment practices and hiring trends.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
