About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to support and enhance our people operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation. This role will be reporting to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate experience•
  • Handle onboarding processes including documentation and orientation

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records in Keka and Other suggested HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Support and assist in performance management processes

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support internal communication and HR events

4. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance•
  • Support audits and documentation processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn tool for Recruitment
  • Hands on experience with HRMS tools/ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
