Key Responsibilities

Assist in network management and troubleshooting, including routers and firewalls.
Support with IP management, DHCP, DNS, and resolving basic network issues.
Learn to configure and monitor firewalls and VPNs, including basic security measures.
Help in managing endpoint security tools and antivirus solutions (Symantec, TrendMicro).
Assist in the administration of Windows Servers (2008/2016/2019).
Support in storage solutions setup and management (QNAP, Buffalo, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues, such as slowdowns and hardware malfunctions.
Assist in asset management, including using tools for IT inventory management.
Help with user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and setups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of networking and firewall management.
Familiarity with Windows Servers.
Basic understanding of endpoint security tools.
Good problem-solving skills for troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
