Role Description [Exp 3 – 5 years]
This role is to contribute across frontend, backend, and database layers, collaborating closely with senior engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance product features using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres
- Work across frontend and backend to deliver complete, functional solutions
- Debug issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes with guidance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve based on feedback
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into working features
Required Skills / Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full stack development
- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and relational databases
- Solid understanding of APIs, backend logic, and data flow
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment
- Clear and effective communication
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Exposure to debugging performance or scalability issues
