Job Purpose
To provide essential support to the Faade Design team by assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and project documentation. The role focuses on developing foundational skills in faade design while contributing to the successful delivery of project components under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Drawing & Documentation Support
- Assist in the preparation of initial drafts for faade drawings and technical documentation as guided by senior team members.
- Revise drawings, layouts, and specifications based on feedback from the design team.
- Support the preparation of basic design details, schedules, and drawings for project submissions.
- Technical Learning & Application
- Learn and apply company standards, project specifications, and basic engineering principles.
- Develop a working knowledge of faade systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Gain exposure to local building codes, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Team Collaboration
- Support the faade design team in day-to-day project-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain and organize design files, drawings, records, and project correspondence to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Quality Adherence
- Assist in conducting basic quality checks on drawings and documents to ensure adherence to company standards prior to formal review.
- Ensure proper documentation control and version management.
Mandatory Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture.
Experience
- 02 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and demonstrated interest in faade or structural design are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD mandatory).
- Strong willingness to learn advanced faade design and analysis tools.
