Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Manage payroll processing and compliance using Zoho Payroll, including salary disbursement, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and payroll record management.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Monitor and track budgets, costs, and financial performance against targets.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for cost tracking, procurement, and expense management.
- Assist in cash flow management and working capital planning.
- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements and financial controls in an early-stage setup.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Required:
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
- Exposure to budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Exposure to early-stage or growing organizations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems / financial software.
