Jr. Executive Application Chef

Zestora Hospitality Solutions is an authorized distribution partner for premium foodservice brands, supplying packaged food, beverages, condiments, and kitchen essentials to restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, and food retailers across Bangalore. We're looking for a passionate Jr. Executive – Application Chef to join our Seasonings & Marinades vertical, working with our range of marinades, seasoning mixes, instant bases, and culinary ingredients.

Location: Bangalore (with occasional travel to client sites across South India)  

Qualification: 

•  Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Culinary Arts  

• 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers with solid technical knowledge and a keen willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply

Industry: FMCG / Foodservice Distribution (HoReCa)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and test recipes using Zestora's product portfolio (marinades, seasoning mixes, instant bases, etc.)

• Adapt formulations to meet client-specific taste, cost, nutrition, and texture requirements

• Conduct live culinary demonstrations and product presentations for HoReCa clients and sub-distributors

• Support the sales team with menu ideation, product training, and sample kits for new client onboarding

• Document recipe standards, usage guidelines, and feedback from client trials for internal knowledge base

• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability for demos and client trials

Work Schedule:

• Occasional weekend availability required for client demos, events, or product launches
