Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Engineer to join our real estate construction team. The candidate will assist in site execution, supervision, and coordination of construction activities with specific experience in
Mivan (aluminium formwork) construction systems and
finishing works. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Assist in execution of Mivan shuttering/formwork systems including alignment, level checks, and quality control.
- Monitor slab casting, wall casting, and structural works using Mivan technology.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure quality control of finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and flooring.
- Verify drawings and ensure work execution as per approved plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site regulations.
- Assist in material planning, quantity checks, and site documentation.
- Support senior engineers and project managers in project execution.
