- To handle high-end clients requirements for sampling of embroidery & designs
- Understand clients requirements
- Get involved in multiple projects of various clients
- Provide innovative designs, patterns as per recent trends
- Provide out of the box ideas, solutions and suggestions
- Always be on the lookout for new market trends / fashion
- Keep a keen eye on competitors
- Regularly scan the market / different cities and get fresh and innovative ideas
- Suggest the best designs and patterns
