Role Description The Jr Ecommerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves managing and updating product listings on ecommerce platforms, monitoring online inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely responses. The Jr Ecommerce Executive will assist in tracking sales performance, handling basic account management tasks, and supporting promotional campaigns to increase online visibility and conversions. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining records, preparing simple reports, and contributing to a smooth and professional online customer experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain ecommerce listings, manage platform dashboards, and support partner relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to assist in lead follow-up, conversion tracking, and basic sales operations.
• Candidates should possess Team Management and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
• Relevant skills such as familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify), basic MS Excel and reporting, and strong written and verbal communication are beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or junior experience in ecommerce or sales support is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage tasks with attention to detail, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
