About The Opportunity

Tetrahed INC is a fast-growing technology services provider operating in the IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Systems Management space, supporting mid-to-large organizations across India with scalable, secure, and resilient system operations. We deploy and maintain hybrid environments—on-prem, cloud, and edge—to ensure 24x7 service availability, data integrity, and compliance readiness for our clients spanning finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows, storage systems, and virtualization platforms
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software failures, and execute root cause analysis with minimal downtime.
• Deploy and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies across enterprise environments.
• Perform regular system backups, restore operations, and verify data recovery integrity using Veeam or similar tools.
• Support IT security initiatives—patch management, firewall rules, access control audits, and vulnerability remediation.
• Document system configurations, change logs, and operational runbooks for cross-team collaboration and compliance.
