Jr. Curriculum Manager

Job Title: Junior Curriculum Manager – Preschool

Role Overview: The Junior Curriculum Manager will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children. The role requires to contribute in creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with early childhood education standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Care and Education
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in preschool teaching and Curriculum creation across all 4 grades (i.e 2 to 6 years age group)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Planning & Development

Work closely with the Senior Curriculum Manager, teachers, and other staff to create a cohesive educational experience.

Assist in designing weekly/monthly lesson plans for preschool programs

Ensure curriculum aligns with developmental milestones (cognitive, social, emotional, physical)

Integrate play-based and experiential learning approaches.

2. Content Creation & Resource Management

Develop worksheets, activity kits, and teaching aids

Curate age-appropriate stories, rhymes, and learning materials

Maintain and update curriculum resources regularly

Stay updated on the latest educational trends and incorporate innovative practices into the curriculum.

3. Event Planning & Presentation Support

Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for school events and celebrations

Assist in planning and executing annual events such as Sports Day, Annual Day, Festivals, and Theme-based Celebrations

4.Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with the Operations team to address implementation challenges

Work closely with other departments assisting in Asset creations.

Support continuous enhancement of the curriculum based on real-time insights and feedback

Ensure curriculum updates are practical, effective, and aligned with on-ground needs.
