Jr. Core PHP Developer

As a Jr. Core PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using PHP and MySQL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. This role involves implementing user interfaces, collaborating with back-end developers, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You'll need strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail to succeed in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Implement user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate systems effectively.

Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience with PHP.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration.
• Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Working experience with JIRA/Azure and repos.
• Experience in developing/customizing applications using one of the frameworks: WordPress, Zend, Yii, Laravel, or Moodle.
• Good exposure to API integration and development.
• Must be exposed to Web services.
• Good experience with MySQL, planning database architecture, and implementing responsive design.
• Strong knowledge of coding standards, best programming practices, and performance optimization.
• Highly creative with a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Specialization/Computers/MCA Computers/M.Sc. in any specialization.
