What You'll Do

As a Junior Client Servicing Executive, you will:

 

·  Support senior servicing team members in campaign planning,     presentations, and client meetings.

• Act as the point of coordination between clients and internal creative teams.

• Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

• Manage day-to-day client communication including emails, calls, and coordination updates.

• Ensure accuracy in deliverables including brand guidelines, specifications, and basic compliance details.

• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through responsiveness and professionalism.

What We Want

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 2–3 years of experience in an advertising/digital agency having managed clients across sectors in Mumbai.

Has knowledge of vendors, contractors, studios, etc. associated with the advertising industry in Mumbai.

Has knowledge of AI tools and is comfortable using Microsoft Office/Canva for daily work.

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English and comfortable in the use of Marathi.

• Understands agency workflows, creative processes, and turnaround expectations.

• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Can handle pressure, follow timelines, and maintain clarity in communication.

• Is open to feedback and eager to learn from senior team members.

• Demonstrates professionalism, ownership, and accountability in daily work.

• Aligns with Tempest's core values in attitude, communication, and collaboration.
