Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (on-site)
Studio Chintala is seeking Civil Engineers (15 years experience) to join our growing Land Development team. You'll support U.S.-based projects in land development and site/civil engineering, working closely with senior engineers and project managers in both India and the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings/documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control)
- Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans
- Work on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance
- Draft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences)
- Prepare water & sewer plans per U.S. local agency requirements
- Research standards/codes and respond to agency review comments
- Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Education in United States Preferred.
- 15 years of site/civil land planning and engineering experience
- Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
- Experience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects (preferred, not required)
