Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in BFSI Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the BFSI sector, including industry trends and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT solutions sales, specifically in the BFSI sector, is preferred.
